In order to continue to effectively implement the School Resource Officer (SRO) program, Lynchburg City Schools (LCS) and the Lynchburg Police Department (LPD) review their Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) every two years. The MOU clearly documents the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of the individuals and partners involved.

As a part of the review process, LCS is requesting community feedback on the program to ensure that any necessary changes are included in a revised document. To review the current MOU, please view the document here.
