The Superintendent, or Superintendent's designee, must approve any materials, such as flyers, sought to be distributed or made available by non-school organizations, including parent-teacher organizations and booster clubs. Please submit materials at least a month prior to requested distribution date. Approval will be granted only for materials from governmental organizations and community organizations regarding activities related to the educational mission of the Lynchburg City Schools.
