The First Lady of Virginia, Pamela Northam, and the Secretary of Health and Human Resources, Dr. Daniel Carey, visited E. C. Glass High School today. These special guests were given a wonderful tour, led by E. C. Glass Principal Rose Flaugher. They observed a career tech class, art room, math lesson, and more. Lynchburg Mayor MaryJane Dolan, LCS School Board Chair Dr. James Coleman, and LCS School Board Member Dr. Atul Gupta joined Dr. Edwards and a few central office administrators on the tour to show their support for LCS. Ms. Flaugher and E. C. Glass were excellent hosts, and the guests left with a great impression of the LCS Tradition of Excellence for All!
