Advancing our mission of “Every Child, By Name and By Need, to Graduation” requires looking at those areas that continue to challenge us. LCS invites you to come out and share your thoughts/concerns and suggestions around access to rigor and success of African-American students.
Lynchburg City Schools wants to continue engaging parents/guardians, families, and community members who are interested in the education of African-American students.
LCS will provide information about the program of studies, specifically addressing ways in which students can enroll in and succeed in the variety of advanced opportunities our schools offer. Attendees may share their thoughts about barriers to advanced opportunities.
