At the Lynchburg City School Board meeting on Tuesday, April 1, Lynchburg City Schools (LCS) staff presented a multi-phase plan to improve efficiency and better serve our community’s needs. This plan includes a proposal to repurpose T. C. Miller Elementary School for Pre-Kindergarten and elementary alternative education starting in the 2025-26 school year.
The School Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed repurposing of T. C. Miller on Tuesday, April 8, at 5 p.m. The hearing will occur in the boardroom of the School Administration Building (915 Court Street, Lynchburg, VA). We encourage families to attend and share their thoughts.
