After three weeks of attending school in-person at West Lynchburg Baptist Church (WLBC), T. C. Miller Elementary students and staff will finally be returning to their own building on Friday, January 27, 2023.
T. C. Miller Principal Jeff Guerin said, “We are so thankful to West Lynchburg Baptist Church for hosting us over the last few weeks.”
Due to water damage at T. C. Miller late December, the building was temporarily closed to allow Lynchburg City Schools (LCS) maintenance and custodial crews to make necessary repairs.
WLBC, who has been a partner with LCS through its Partners in Education (PIE) program for the last twelve years, opened its doors so that T. C. Miller students and staff could use classroom facilities.
Dr. Guerin added, “Thank you to everyone for your support during this time!”
