Lynchburg City Schools (LCS) will hold a series of hiring events in the coming months to prepare for the 2023-24 school year. First, LCS invites the public to our Teacher Interview Days on the following dates.

Teacher Interview Days will be held at Heritage High School, located at 3101 Wards Ferry Road, Lynchburg, Virginia 24502. All participants that wish to be considered for open teaching positions must have a current application for employment on file. Please view our current employment opportunities and create an account to apply to the positions of your interest.
Pre-registration at www.lcsedu.net/teacherinterviewday is required of all participants.
In February, LCS invites the public to the Lynchburg City Schools Education Career Fair on Saturday, February 25, 2023. The event will be held from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at Heritage High School. Pre-register for the event at www.lcsedu.net/career-fair.
Lynchburg City Schools encourages career-minded job seekers interested in both teaching and non-teaching positions to attend the Career Fair to learn more about vacancies for the current school year and anticipated vacancies for the 2023-24 school year.
