Lynchburg City Schools is committed to open communication with all parents and students. Please take the time to review the information presented in the letter linked below to help clarify the Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL) requirements for High School Students. Please also be aware of the significant changes presented by the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) in regards to participation in end-of-course SOL assessments and how it will impact the need for the end-of-course examination.
