If you have a family member with a disability, you are invited to attend the 8th Annual Transition Conference and Expo on Saturday, November 3rd from 8:30 a.m. to noon. The event will be held in Merritt Hall on the campus of Central Virginia Community College.
The free conference will benefit families of youth from preschool through adulthood with mild to moderate disabilities. Meet people who can answer your questions about the transition to adulthood and help you plan now for the future.
