ECG Drill Team Defends State Title

The E. C. Glass Air Force JROTC Drill Team made history last weekend when they earned their third straight state championship in Richmond. The team beat out 22 other schools to claim the overall title and become the first school to record three consecutive titles in the history of the program. 

The team, led by seasoned senior veterans including Antonnie Tucker, Carlos Martin, Eric Quaintance, Victoria Hebert and DeShauna Eubanks, captured three first-place event trophies and two second-place finishes en route to a convincing win over the entire field.  The team placed first in Unarmed Regulation and Armed Regulation and brought the house down with an unmatched performance in the Unarmed Exhibition category.
