Lynchburg City Schools will open on a two-hour delay on Friday, Sept. 27 due to inclement weather. Since Sept. 27 is a Parent-Teacher Conference Day, conferences will be held from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Students don’t attend school. Maintenance and custodial employees should report at the normal time.
