On Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2024, the school board honored Heritage and E. C. Glass high school student-athletes who represented Lynchburg City Schools (LCS) at regional and state levels in the spring of the 2023-24 school year.

“The talent and tenacity of our students and the teachers and coaches who have supported them is unmatched,” said LCS Superintendent Crystal Edwards.
