The Lynchburg City Schools Education Foundation, Inc.’s Board of Directors recently awarded 38 Classroom Innovation Grants totaling $89,049.78 to Lynchburg City Schools teachers. Now in its 28th year, this program provides funds to a wide range of innovative projects and programs, such as the exploration of cultural art, hands-on environmental studies, learning through virtual reality, and anti-bullying initiatives. To date, $973,670.58 has been awarded through the program.
